Three things we do differently

We publish the prices. Every job type we do has a range on the cost guide, and the quote you get is inside it. A boat owner should be able to know what a helm chair costs before picking up the phone. That page was written by the owner, not a marketing company.

We test foam by hand before quoting. The foam under the vinyl is the biggest swing in any seat job and the thing a photo cannot show. Every cushion gets squeezed at the dock visit and only the ones that fail get new foam. A bench with five good years left stays off the invoice.

We come to the boat. Most boats on the coast live in a wet slip at Jones Park, Point Cadet, Bay St. Louis or Pass Christian, and hauling a slip boat to a shop is a day gone. We pattern at the slip, sew at the shop in Gulfport, and bring the pieces back.

Materials, named

Marine vinyl with UV inhibitors and a mildew-resistant backing, PTFE thread with a lifetime warranty against sun rot, closed-cell foam on fishing boats, Sunbrella acrylic on anything that stays up in the sun, stainless staples and snaps throughout. The grade of every material goes on your estimate by name, so you can look it up.
